To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines:
- A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per stay applies.
- Pets must be fully trained, appropriately restrained, and comply with all local regulations.
- Pets must remain on a leash or in a carrier while in public areas of the hotel.
- Pets may not be left unattended in the guest room unless secured in an appropriate crate or carrier.
- If you require pet-sitting services or additional pet supplies, our Concierge team would be happy to assist with advance notice.
- Pets are not permitted in Contessa, The Street Bar, the fitness center, or any food and beverage venues, with the exception of service animals.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both on hotel property and throughout the neighborhood.
- Excessive noise, including barking, should be minimized to ensure the comfort of fellow guests.
- Housekeeping service may only be provided while a pet is in the room if the pet is properly secured in a crate or carrier.
