Many of our guestrooms and suites can accommodate a rollaway bed or crib. Please let us know before you arrive of your request and we will ensure your guestroom is set-up.
We can offer a kids menu, kid bath robes, and our guest experience team is also able to provide a crib, diaper genie, microwave or small refrigerator, subject to availability.

Yes! We are a family friendly hotel. Should you require a connecting room, please let our reservations agent know upon booking and we will do our best to accommodate you and your family.
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an additional $100 per night to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is at 12:00 p.m. local Boston time.
Our hotel (all guest rooms and public spaces) is 100% non-smoking. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
We do not have an on-site swimming pool. Please ask our Concierge or other Guest Services Representative for assistance with swimming pool options.
We do not have an on-site spa; however, there are many excellent spas within steps of the hotel and we would be delighted to assist with an appointment. Be sure to ask our Concierge or other Guest Services Representatives for assistance with spa options and appointments.
We do have an on-site fitness center, open 24-hours/day, located on our third floor.

The closest MBTA (or “T”) stops are the Arlington (Green Line), Park Street (Red Line), and Back Bay (Orange Line) Stations. The Arlington Green Line is one block from the hotel.
Amtrak service runs through Back Bay Station, which is a 12-minute walk or 5-minute drive.
The Newbury Boston offers valet parking. It is not included in the room rate. Our valet rates are:

There is no restaurant/retail validation. Overnight rate includes unlimited “in and out” privileges.

Yes, dogs are the only pets accepted at this time (cats and other animals are not allowed). There are no weight or height restrictions, however we allow two dogs per room, maximum. There is an additional $100.00 (non-refundable) cleaning fee per stay. Pets may not be left alone in a guest room at any time.

We require a credit card for guarantee of a reservation, however payment by travelers check, credit/debit card, or cash upon departure is accepted. Please note that our hotel does not accept check payments at this time and does not accept cash deposits for incidentals.
